it’s suspected, that that the engineer of the Metrolink train may have been texting when the train ran a stop signal, crashing into a freight engine.
The five states that have banned texting while driving are Alaska, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Jersey and Washington state, as well as the District of Columbia.
